Since starting my real estate career in 1979 I have seen
a lot of change. One thing remains constant, however, is
the need as a real estate professional to first LISTEN,
then truly UNDERSTAND, then produce and implement an
ACTION PLAN to accomplish your goals. You will not find
anyone that does a better job of listening to you,
understanding you and your goals, then making it work. I
call this full spectrum real
estate financial planning (FSREFP).
For my buyers my objective,
which is activated by FSREFP, is to help them find their
dream home in the
shortest amount of time, negotiate the best price and
terms, with the least amount of inconvenience to them.
For my sellers my objective,
which is activated by superior marketing, is to create
competition for your property, even multiple offers, and
thereby obtain the best possible price and terms.
Finally, I love to work with real estate investors
because I am one.
