Stan McNiel
Stan has been married to Beverly for
over 30 years. He has three grown childern. Melissa is
married and lives in San Francisco and has worked as a
CPA. Heather lives in Oceanside and has a Masters degree
in Intercultural Studies from Wheaton College. Matthew
lives in Chicago area with his wife Catherine and their
son Asher. Matthew also has a Masters degree in
Intercultural studies from Wheaton College.
Stan is a local guy, attended Helix
high school in La Mesa, CA and has lived in San Diego
county most of his life. He knows the real estate market
in most SD county areas He graduated from the University
of Colorado with a BA in International Relations. He is
active in civic and church affairs and in a Christian
ministry to the U.S. Marines.
Stan is a member of the California
Association of Realtors, the National Assocition of
Realtors and has achieved the prestigious Certified Real
Esatate Brokerage Mangager(CRB) designation from the
Realtors National Marketing Institute. The real estate
business has been his career since 1980. He has been a
regional manager tor two Fortune 500 companies: Meredith
Corp. with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Service
and Prudential Financial Serving with Prudential Real
Estate and Relocation Service. In these positiions, Stan
was a national buinsess and marketing consultant to the
broker/franchisees of all sizes. He distinquished
himself by initiating many new and innovative training
programs resulting in increased sales and improved
morale.
In addition, Stan has managed several
real estate offices with up to 40 agents.
Throughout his career Stan has
enjoyed serving his friends and business acquaintances
with their personal and corporate real estate needs.
Often he helped those who were referred to him from
pleased clients.
He is an Associate Broker with
Winderemere Exclusive Properties in Carlsbad, CA.
He has deep experience with all kinds of residential
real estate and specializes in nursery real estate.
