How does more money in your pocket sound? Well, you’re the boss and that’s exactly what you’ll get with our Easy Risk Free Listing Agreement. Unlike other agents who charge you the same fee even if you find the buyer, we give you total flexibility. You can choose “Full Service” to “Do It Yourself” or anything in between. It’s your choice!

6.0% Your home sells through the MLS under a typical broker arrangement. Another agent represents your buyer and receives 2.5% - 3%. Your Broker receives 3% - 3.5%. .

5.0% Your home sells through the MLS with Stan. Another agent represents your buyer and receives 2.5%. I represent you and my commission is 2.5%. YOU SAVE UP TO $7,500.00 OR MORE!**

2.5% No other agent is involved in the transaction. You bring the buyer, I write the contract, and see it through escrow for you. My commission is 2.5%*.

4.5% I handle both buyer and seller sides of the contract, and there is no other agent involved. I find the buyer and write the contract, and my commission is only 4.5%. YOU SAVE AN INCREDIBLE 25% on the sale of your home!

0.0% You pay nothing! You find the buyer, you call and tell me. That’s how our Easy Exit Listing works. And, yes, it’s that easy!

We have a fiduciary responsibility to you.  All of our conversations are always kept in strict confidence, and we owe you the duty of utmost care, honesty and loyalty in our dealings.

We are so confident of our systems and services,  that if you will entrust us with the marketing of your property for 180 days or longer under an exclusive right to sell, we will get your home sold for top dollar, and we will do it within your time frame.  In return, we assure you that, at any time during the listing period, if you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving, you may notify our office, and your listing will be terminated.
