Because my background and business
experience is from the real estate corporate world as a
business consultant to Fortune 500 companies, I am very
thorough in preparing for and implementing the basics
when serving buyers, sellers, and investors. I call it
FULL SPECTRUM REAL ESTATE FINANCIAL PLANNING (FSREFP).
There is no substitute for taking the time to start
right. Therefore, I implement a full factfinding
interview with each of my clients. This interview
focuses on the needs, wants and even the mission/life
purpose of my clients and prospects. I truly want to
serve you. With respect to real estate, What are your
wants? What are you needs? Are we clear as to the
differences between the wants and needs? What are your
short term financial objectives? Long term financial
objectives? The integration with other financial
elements, ie., securities investments? Tax
considerations? Timing and urgencies? Extended family
considerations? Work restrictions and flexibility,
including travel requirements? Neighborhood preferences?
Pet considerations? Lifestyle priorities such as the
importance of church or country clubs? These are a few
of the considerations and information I gather to form a
STRATEGIC ANALYSIS for every one I serve and it adds up

I have been a Real Estate Broker for
over 25 years and have been of service to all kinds of
people with all kinds of real estate needs. My
experience is extensive in residential, commercial, and
nursery real estate. I have a full time team, including
a transaction coordinator. Furthermore, I am backed by
Windermere Exclusive Properties, part of Windermere Real
Estate, established in 1972, and the largest regional
