If I cannot bring you an
offer on your property within 90 days of you signing the
listing form that is within 95% of the asking price…I
will deduct $500.00 from the commission you are paying.
In addition, I will deduct another $10.00 per day, every
day until your home is under contract.

There are only three
requirements:
- To qualify, your
property must be a single family home or townhouse,
not a condominium, or mobile / manufactured home.
- To qualify, your
property must be priced within 5% of the last five
comparable sales in your neighborhood.
- You must be willing
to make the necessary repairs to your property to
put it in a condition that will warrant the market
price.
